Math is Strength in Numbers: Hi, I'm Mitzi! I've been teaching middle school math for over 25 years. I believe students need to be exposed to a topic in a variety of ways. I especially love activities that have bright colors, are fun to display, cooperative, and most of all - self-checking. Kids are more likely to stay motivated if they have immediate feedback. Follow me as I teach math to my seventh graders and maybe pick up a few new ideas!
